Look for our Truck! The time had come.  After 15 years, we'd grown weary of explaining to callers that we were not a florist.  The yellow page phone books had been taking turns mistakenly listing us under the heading "florist", and brides had been e-mailing asking for consultation appointments for their wedding flowers.  We are now using the name The Cross Eyed Owl Gift Shop It was so hard to choose a new name, but we wanted something unique that could not be confused with other shops & hopefully we have picked the right one! (we'll answer the phone"Cross Eyed Owl" to keep it short)  Thank you again to all who made suggestions! - Patti There is a story behind the name - my mom Paula collects owls & she had a statue of an owl that was cross-eyed that got broken.  That's where the "cross eyed owl" suggestion came from - a unique name for a unique store!
